Innovative Equity, Inc., has extensive experience in the evaluation, monitoring, benchmarking and improvement of various physicians’ practices in multiple specialties in both the inpatient and outpatient settings. Our initial, and deepest focus has been related to the Hospital based specialties including, but not limited to hospitalists, intensivists, house physicians, advance practice professionals. consulting and residents. Just to be clear, we are not a billing or staffing company. Our independence positions us as the practice’s advocate. We do not supplant existing resources, we compliment them.

We have developed and refined, over an extended period, a proprietary approach and combination of metrics that lend to easy practice analysis and focused plans for performance improvement. At the heart of our metrics is productivity monitoring, through our online web resource iepractice.com. Effective productivity monitoring assures appropriate practice sizing and staffing. We continue to refine this resource as it is an active component of our ongoing engagements.

Our engagements take two forms. We represent hospitals (and other physician employment vehicles) for employed physician services. We also are involved with contract staffing relationships where we are engaged by the practice, or both the contractor and the practice to analyze, project and pursue a fair value stipend for a defined contract service. Many times, post contract signing, we are engaged to monitor practice performance against expectations.

We are based out of Montgomeryville, Pennsylvania, but have clients from Southern Maryland (MedStar and UMMS) to Connecticut (Yale affiliates and independent hospitals). Locally, we have done extensive work for the Jefferson Health System. Past clients also included two of the national proprietary chains. Our engagements and growth have typically come from referrals.
